We've done that through the many connections and resources that CHC has established over the years. From employment, career counseling, addiction recovery, homeless and incarceration reentry. You name it we've helped!

Coming Home Coalition is a community based project in Pasco County that takes a holistic avenue towards lasting change. Creating opportunities for those who feel they have none, Coming Home Coalition is Pasco's ONLY program that works the whole body and not just aspects. We start with fixing the thought process and then work on the exterior changes last.

The importance of grassroots
